Senior Interest Rate definition

Senior Interest Rate means (i) for the Senior Notes of Series 7138, in respect of Tranche A-1 thereof, 3.924% per annum and, in respect of Tranche A-2 thereof, Not Applicable, and (ii) for the Senior Notes of Series 7207, in respect of Tranche A-1 thereof, 3.934% per annum and, in respect of Tranche A-2 thereof, Not Applicable plus, in either case, if the Issuance Date for such Series falls in a month that is two or more months after the Scheduled Delivery Month for the Designated Aircraft relating to such Series, 0.01% for each month after such second month.
Senior Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to the sum of the Floating Rate and the Senior Margin

Senior Interest Rate means, for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum equal to the LIBO Rate; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, if the Senior Lender has assigned the Senior Advances to the Liquidity Providers, "SENIOR INTEREST RATE" shall mean an interest rate per annum equal to the LIBO Rate PLUS one percent (1%); ALSO PROVIDED, that (i) if an Advance is made hereunder on any day other than the last day of an Interest Period, the "SENIOR INTEREST RATE" applicable to the Advance shall be the Alternate Base Rate in effect from time to time until the end of the then applicable Interest Period; (ii) in the case of any Interest Period of less than one month, the "SENIOR INTEREST RATE" for such Interest Period shall be the Alternate Base Rate in effect during such Interest Period unless the Agent and the Borrower agree in writing to a different rate; (iii) if it shall become unlawful for KeyBank to obtain funds in the London interbank market in order to make, fund or maintain any Advance hereunder or deposits in dollars (in the applicable amounts) are not being offered by KeyBank in the London interbank market then the "SENIOR INTEREST RATE" for any Interest Period shall be calculated using an interest rate per annum equal to the Alternate Base Rate; and (iv) following the occurrence of any Event of Termination or if the Senior Note (at any time after it is initially rated A- by a Rating Agency) is rated below A- by such Rating Agency, the "SENIOR INTEREST RATE" for each Interest Period shall be the sum of the applicable interest rate per annum determined pursuant to provisions set forth above plus one and one-half percent (1.5%) per annum.

  • LIBOR Interest Rate means, for each LIBOR Loan for the relevant Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upward, if necessary, to the nearest one-sixteenth of 1%) determined by the Agent to be equal to the quotient of (a) the London Interbank Offered Rate for such LIBOR Loan for such Interest Period divided by (b) one minus the Eurocurrency Reserve Requirement for such Interest Period.

(ii) However, if the Calculation Agent, determines that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred with respect to Three-Month Term SOFR, but for any reason the Benchmark Replacement has not been determined as of the relevant Floating Interest Determination Date, the Floating Interest Rate for the applicable Floating Interest Period will be equal to the Floating Interest Rate on the last Floating Interest Determination Date for the Subordinated Notes, as determined by the Calculation Agent (as defined below). (iii) If the then-current Benchmark is Three-Month Term SOFR and any of the foregoing provisions concerning the calculation of the interest rate and the payment of interest during the Floating Interest Period are inconsistent with any of the Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions determined by the Company, then the relevant Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions will apply.

  • Stripped Interest Rate For each Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Remittance Rate.
