Senior Interest Servicer definition

Senior Interest Servicer. With respect to each Mezz Loan serviced hereunder, the Person indicated in the related Critical To Board Package (along with necessary contact information) that is responsible for the servicing of the related Senior Interest and any successor or assign of such Person.
Senior Interest Servicer. With respect to each B Interest serviced hereunder, the Person indicated in the related Critical To Board Package (along with necessary contact information) that is responsible for the primary servicing of the related Senior Interest Not Serviced Hereunder and any successor or assign of such Person.

Examples of Senior Interest Servicer in a sentence

  • The Servicer shall, within ten (10) Business Days after the Servicer’s receipt of the Critical To Board Package for each Loan, send written notice to the related Borrower or, if applicable, the related Senior Interest Servicer that the Servicer has been engaged to service such Loan(s).

  • The Servicer shall notify the related Senior Interest Servicer and make all reasonable efforts to cause the Senior Interest Servicer to remit the Monthly Payment to the Servicer.

  • The End User shall not, without prior authorization of Licensor, transfer in any way, permanently or temporarily, distribute or broadcast all or part of the Corpus to third parties.

Related to Senior Interest Servicer

  • Sub-Servicer Any Person with which the Master Servicer has entered into a Sub-Servicing Agreement and which meets the qualifications of a Sub-Servicer pursuant to Section 3.02.

  • Noteholder Servicing Fee is defined in Section 3.1.

  • Note A-1 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Special Servicer means the applicable special servicer with respect to the Mortgage Loan appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Note A-4 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-4 PSA.

  • Note A-3 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-3 PSA.

  • Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.

  • Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and for any Distribution Date, an amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. For the avoidance of doubt, the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Mortgage Loan Seller Sub-Servicer A Sub-Servicer required to be retained by the Master Servicer by a Mortgage Loan Seller, as listed on Exhibit S to this Agreement, or any successor thereto.

  • Note A-3 Special Servicer means the special servicer under the Note A-3 PSA.

  • Class P Mortgage Loan Any of the Class I-P, Class II-P or Class III-P Mortgage Loans.
