Senior Residence means a Senior Residence as contemplated in the Policy for Placement in Residences of the University and the management guidelines for the placement policy;

  • If you are having a social gathering in your suite-style residence (Cascades and Monashee) accommodation, you are required to submit an Event Request Form to the Senior Residence Advisor and have it approved at least three business days before your proposed event date.

  • Senior Discharge Date means the first date on which all of the Senior Debt (other than contingent indemnification obligations) has been paid indefeasibly in full in cash and all commitments of Senior Lenders under the Senior Loan Documents have been terminated.

  • Senior Class Debt Parties has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.09.
