Senior Subordinated Units definition

Senior Subordinated Units means Senior Subordinated Units purchased pursuant to the Senior Subordinated Unit Purchase Agreement, dated June 24, 2005, by and among Crosstex and the purchasers party thereto and any Common Units into which such Senior Subordinated Units convert.
Senior Subordinated Units means a Unit representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Senior Subordinated Units in this Agreement.
Senior Subordinated Units means the senior subordinated units representing limited partner interests in Crosstex.

Senior Subordinated Units means the senior subordinated units of Inergy, L.P., as described in the Inergy, L.P. Partnership Agreement.

  • Parity Preferred Units shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.
