Separation Oversight Period definition

Separation Oversight Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(a)(iii).

  • Pre-Deconsolidation Period means any taxable period beginning on or prior to the applicable Deconsolidation Date.

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;
