SEPCO Plan definition

SEPCO Plan means the Employee Savings Plan of Savannah Electric and Power Company as in effect December 31, 1992.
SEPCO Plan means the Employees' Retirement Plan of Savannah Electric and Power Company, as amended and restated January 1, 1997.
