Series 2003A Bond definition

Series 2003A Bond or "Series 2003A Bonds" means one or more of the Kentucky Rural Water Finance Corporation Public Projects Refunding Revenue Bonds (Flexible Term Program), Series 2003A, authorized by, and at any time Outstanding pursuant to, the Indenture, as supplemented.

Examples of Series 2003A Bond in a sentence

  • Upon their issuance, the 2003A Allocable Portion of the Series 2020A-R1 Refunding Bonds shall be on parity with the Remaining Outstanding Series 2003A Bonds (as defined herein) and shall be entitled to the same benefit and security of the Series 2003A Bond Resolution, including, without limitation, the pledge of the Series 2003A Trust Estate (as defined herein), as the Remaining Outstanding Series 2003A Bonds.

  • The 2003A Allocable Portion: A portion of the Series 2020A-R1 Refunding Bonds, consisting of the 2003A Allocable Portion thereof, has been authorized for issuance by the I-Bank as “Refunding Bonds” as defined in, and pursuant to, the Series 2003A Bond Resolution.

  • No waiver of any default or breach of duty or contract by the Owner of any Series 2003A Bond shall extend to or affect any subsequent default or breach of duty or contract or shall impair any rights or remedies thereon.

  • No person other than a registered Owner shall receive a Series 2003A Bond certificate evidencing the obligation of the City to make payments of amounts due pursuant to this Resolution.

  • Until an amendment, supplement or waiver becomes effective, a consent to it by a Holder of a Series 2003A Bond is a continuing consent by the Holder of a Series 2003A Bond and every subsequent Holder of a Series 2003A Bond or portion of a Series 2003A Bond that evidences the same debt as the consenting Holder's Series 2003A Bond, even if notation of the consent is not made on any Series 2003A Bond.

  • The District and said Paying Agent and Registrar may treat the registered owner of any Series 2003A Bond as the absolute owner of such bond for the purpose of making payments thereon and for all other purposes and neither the District nor said Paying Agent and Registrar shall be affected by any notice or knowledge to the contrary whether such bond or any installment of interest due thereon shall be overdue or not.

  • The liquid falls from a height under gravity from a curtain die or cascade whilst the web is supported on a backing roller.

  • Under such circumstances, in the event that a successor depository is not obtained, Series 2003A Bond certificates are required to be printed and delivered.

  • One fully-registered Series 2003A Bond certificate will be issued for each maturity specified on the cover page hereof in the aggregate principal amount of such maturity, and will be deposited with DTC.

  • Outstanding principal on Series 2005A Bonds at June 30, 2013, is $3,805,000.On December 7, 2010, the Series 2010 General Obligation Refunding Bonds in the amount of $2,910,000 were issued by the District to refund the District’s outstanding General Obligation Series 2003A Bond and to pay the cost of issuing future bonds.

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Class A-1 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-1 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Class A-1 Note means any of the 2.25000% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑1, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class B Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
