Series 2020 Costs of Issuance Account definition

Series 2020 Costs of Issuance Account means the Account so designated, established as a separate Account within the Acquisition and Construction Fund pursuant to Section 4.01(a) of this First Supplemental Trust Indenture.
Series 2020 Costs of Issuance Account means the Account by that name created by Section 501 hereof.
Series 2020 Costs of Issuance Account means the account established under this Supplemental Indenture and held in trust by the Trustee, into which a portion of the proceeds of the Series 2020 Bonds shall be deposited as provided herein.

More Definitions of Series 2020 Costs of Issuance Account

Series 2020 Costs of Issuance Account means the Series 2020 Parish Road and Street Sales Tax Bonds Costs of Issuance Account created and established pursuant to Section 6.1(C) hereof.
Series 2020 Costs of Issuance Account means the account of that name established in the Construction Fund pursuant to Section 5.01(b) of the Bond Indenture.

  • Costs of Issuance Account means the Account within the Operating Expense Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Reserve Account Draw Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Available Funds Shortfall Amount, if any, for such Payment Date and (b) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on such Payment Date; provided, however, that if such Payment Date is the Redemption Date, the “Reserve Account Draw Amount” shall mean an amount equal to the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account on the Redemption Date.

  • Series Reserve Account means the Reserve Account for the Series of Bonds established in the Reserve Fund by Supplemental Indenture in an amount equal to the Series Reserve Account Requirement for such Series of Bonds.

  • Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).

For this purpose, the “Excess Spread Percentage” for any Monthly Period shall be equal to the Series Adjusted Portfolio Yield for such Monthly Period minus the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Capitalized Interest Account Initial Deposit means $1,733,333.78 deposited on the Closing Date.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Interest Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.2(b).

  • Agent Account means such account of the Administrative Agent as is designated in writing from time to time by the Administrative Agent to the Borrower and the Lenders for such purpose.

  • Interest Reserve Account means that Interest Reserve Account maintained by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.1(a), which account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Collection Agent Fee has the meaning specified in Section 6.03.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Prefunding Account The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.06(g) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated “U.S. Bank National Association, in trust for registered holders of Home Equity Asset Trust 2004-2, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-2. Funds in the Prefunding Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall not be a part of any REMIC created hereunder; provided, however, that any investment income earned from Permitted Investments made with funds in the Prefunding Account shall be for the account of the Depositor.
