Series 8 Preferred Units definition

Series 8 Preferred Units has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 11.1(g) hereof;

Series 8 Preferred Units means the Class A Preferred Units, Series 8 of BEP. “ Series 9 Preferred units ” means the Class A Preferred Units, Series 9 of BEP.

Examples of Series 8 Preferred Units in a sentence

• Subject to the foregoing, the Series 4 Preferred Units, the Series 6 Preferred Units and the Series 8 Preferred Units (collectively, the “Preferred Units”) shall have the following rights, preferences and privileges and shall be subject to the following duties and obligations:(a) Dividends or Other Distributions.

• In the event PubCo is required to declare a Dividend (as defined in the Series 8 Certificate of Designation), on or before the date such Dividend is to be paid, the Manager shall cause the Company to make a distribution of cash to PubCo in respect of the Series 8 Preferred Units in an amount equal to the amount to be paid by PubCo in respect of such Dividend, which distribution shall be, for the avoidance of doubt, in addition to any amounts distributable to PubCo pursuant to Section 5.2(a).
