Examples of Class A Preferred Units in a sentence
In exchange for the Preferred Member’s contribution of cash under Section 2.03(a) of this Agreement, the Company shall issue the Preferred Member the number of Class A Preferred Units set opposite its name on Schedule A of this Agreement at a price of $10.00 per Class A Preferred Unit.
At any time after the Redemption Date, the Company may, at its election, require the Preferred Members or any holder of the Class A Preferred Units to sell to the Company all or any portion of such Units for the Redemption Price.
Except as otherwise provided by this Agreement or as otherwise required by the Delaware Act or Applicable Law, each Member shall be entitled to one vote per Class A Common Unit on all matters upon which the Members shall have the right to vote under this Agreement, and the Class A Preferred Units shall not entitle the holders thereof to vote on any matters required or permitted to be voted on by the Members.
