Examples of Series A-2 Issue Price in a sentence
The conversion rate in effect at any time for conversion of the Series A-2 Preferred (the “Series A-2 Conversion Rate”) shall be the quotient obtained by dividing the Original Series A-2 Issue Price, plus any accrued but unpaid dividends thereon, by the “Series A-2 Conversion Price” calculated as provided in Section 5(c).
The initial Conversion Price per share for shares of Series A-I Preferred Stock, Series A-2 Preferred Stock and Series A-3 Preferred Stock shall be the Original Series A-1 Issue Price, the Original Series A-2 Issue Price and the Original Series A-3 Issue Price, respectively; provided, however, that the Conversion Price for each series of Preferred Stock shall be subject to adjustment as set forth in subsections 4(d) and 4(e).
The “Series A-2 Conversion Price” shall initially be the Series A-2 Issue Price, resulting in an initial conversion ratio for the Series A-2 Preferred Shares of 1:1, and shall be subject to adjustment and readjustment from time to time as hereinafter provided.

The number of Ordinary Shares to which a holder shall be entitled upon conversion of each Series A-2 Preferred Share shall be equal to the quotient of the Series A-2 Issue Price divided by the then effective Series A-2 Conversion Price (the “Series A-2 Conversion Price”), which shall initially be equal to the Series A-2 Issue Price, resulting in an initial conversion ratio for Series A-2 Preferred Shares of 1:1.
