Series B Common definition

Series B Common means, collectively, the Series B Common, and any capital stock of any class of the Corporation hereafter authorized which is not limited to a fixed sum or percentage of par or stated value in respect to the rights of the holders thereof to participate in dividends or in the distribution of assets upon any liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Corporation.
Series B Common means the Series B Common Units of Boise Holdings, having the rights and preferences set forth with respect thereto in the LLC Agreement.
Series B Common means Series B Common Units of Boise Holdings, par value $0.01 per share.

  • Each share of Series A Common Stock, each share of Series B Common Stock and each share of Series C Common Stock will, except as otherwise provided in this Restated Certificate, be identical in all respects and will have equal rights, powers and privileges.
