Class A Common definition

Class A Common means the Company's Class A Common Stock, par value $.01 per share.
Class A Common means the Company's Class A Common Stock, par value -------------- $.01 per share, and any securities into which such Class A Common Stock is hereafter converted or exchanged.
Class A Common has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
