Series B Expiration Date definition

Series B Expiration Date means, for any Warrant, the earlier of (i) Close of Business on [●], 2021 and (ii) the date of completion of (A) any Affiliated Asset Sale or (B) a Change of Control.
Series B Expiration Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01.
