If the Release is not executed and returned to the Company on or before the Release Expiration Date, and the required revocation period has not fully expired without revocation of the Release by Employee, then Employee shall not be entitled to any portion of the Severance Consideration.
The Company shall deliver the Release to the Executive within seven (7) days following the date of the Qualifying Event (and the Company’s failure to deliver a Release prior to the expiration of such seven (7) day period shall constitute a waiver of any requirement to execute a Release) and the Executive shall be required to execute the Release on or prior to the Release Expiration Date.

Assuming timely delivery of the release by the Company, if the release is pursuant to and in accordance with this Section 4.6, and Executive fails to execute such release on or prior to the Release Expiration Date, Executive will not be entitled to Severance Payments or the Change in Control Severance Payment.
