Series B Liberty Ventures Common Stock means Distributing’s Series B Liberty Ventures common stock, par value $0.01 per share. “Series B QVC Group Common Stock” means Distributing’s Series B QVC Group common stock, par value $0.01 per share. “Splitco” has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereof.
