Series B Preferred Consideration definition

Series B Preferred Consideration has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(a)(iii).
Series B Preferred Consideration means the product (calculated to the fourth decimal place) obtained by multiplying (a) 0.5801 by (b) the Preferred Consideration.
