Series B Stated Value definition

Series B Stated Value means, with respect to a share of Series B Preferred Stock, $1,000 (as adjusted for any split, subdivision, combination, consolidation, recapitalization or similar event with respect to the Series B Preferred Stock).
Series B Stated Value means, with respect to each share of Series B Preferred Stock, Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), which Series B Stated Value shall be subject to appropriate adjustment from time to time in the event of any stock dividend, stock split, reverse stock split, reclassification, stock combination or other recapitalization affecting the Series B Preferred Stock.
Series B Stated Value means $7,700.00.

  • All future issuances of Series B Preferred Stock, following the first such issuance, will be made at the Series B Stated Value.
