The Series C Preferred Stock shall have a stated value of $1,000.00 per share (the "Series C Stated Value").
Such respective conversion factor in effect from time to time, as adjusted upon changes in the Series C Stated Value and pursuant to this Section 4(e)(iv), is referred to herein as the "Series C Conversion Factor." All of the remaining provisions of this Section 4(e)(iv) shall apply separately to the respective Series C Conversion Factors in effect from time to time.
As used herein, the "Series C Redemption Price" means the sum of (x) the Series C Stated Value, plus (y) an amount equal to all accrued and unpaid dividends thereon to the Series C Redemption Date.
