Series C Preference Shares definition

Series C Preference Shares means the 6.08% Series C Preference Shares of the Company, par value $1.00 per share. “Series D Preference Shares” shall mean the 6.60% Series D Preference Shares of the Company, par value $1.00 per share. “Series E Preference Shares” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1 hereof.
Series C Preference Shares means shares in the capital of the Company of US$0.0001 nominal value designated as Series C Preference Shares and having the rights provided for in these Articles.
Series C Preference Shares means Series C Preference Shares with a par value of US$0.005 each in the capital of the Company, having the rights and obligations set out in the Memorandum and Articles;
