Series C Record Date definition

Series C Record Date means the date designated by the Board of Directors for the payment of dividends that is not more than 30 nor fewer than 10 days prior to the applicable Series C Payment Date.
Series C Record Date means, with respect to any Distribution Payment Date, the January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15, as the case may be, immediately preceding the relevant January 30, April 30, July 30 and October 30 Distribution Payment Date, respectively. These Series C Record Dates shall apply regardless of whether a particular Series C Record Date is a Business Day.

  • The Company will pay cash distributions to the Series C Holders as they appear on the Company’s share register on the applicable Series C Record Date.
