Series Common Stock definition

Series Common Stock means the class of Series Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Corporation.
Series Common Stock means the class of Series Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Corporation authorized at the date of the Certificate, including any shares thereof authorized after the date of the Certificate.
Series Common Stock means the class of Series Common Stock, par value $1.00 per share, of the Corporation authorized at the date of the Certificate, including any shares thereof authorized after the date of the Certificate.

  • Subject to the rights of the holders of any series of Preferred Stock or Series Common Stock or any class or series of stock having a preference over the Common Stock as to dividends or upon dissolution, liquidation or winding up, nominations for the election of directors may be made by the Board or by any stockholder who is a stockholder of record at the time of giving of the notice of nomination provided for in this Section 3 and who is entitled to vote for the election of directors.

  • Except as otherwise required by law, holders of a series of Preferred Stock or Series Common Stock, as such, shall be entitled only to such voting rights, if any, as shall expressly be granted to such holders by this Restated Certificate of Incorporation (including any Certificate of Designation relating to such series).

  • Class B Common Shares means the Class B Convertible Voting Common Shares of the Company, par value $1.00 per share.

  • Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Class A Common Shares means class A common shares of a nominal or par value of US$0.00001 each in the capital of the Company having the rights provided for in the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and any shares into which such class A common shares may be converted.

  • Pubco Common Stock means all classes and series of common stock of Pubco, including the Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock.

  • Common Stock means the common stock of the Company, par value $0.001 per share, and any other class of securities into which such securities may hereafter be reclassified or changed.
