Series Common Stock definition

Series Common Stock means the class of Series Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Corporation.
Series Common Stock means the class of Series Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Corporation authorized at the date of the Certificate, including any shares thereof authorized after the date of the Certificate.
Series Common Stock means the class of Series Common Stock, par value $1.00 per share, of the Corporation authorized at the date of the Certificate, including any shares thereof authorized after the date of the Certificate.

  • The powers, preferences and relative, participating, optional and other special rights of each series of Series Common Stock, and the qualifications, limitations or restrictions thereof, if any, may differ from those of any and all other series at any time outstanding.

  • The number of directors that may be elected by the holders of any such series of Preferred Stock or Series Common Stock shall be in addition to the number fixed by or pursuant to the By-Laws.

  • Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Class A Common Shares means shares of the Class A Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Pubco Common Stock means all classes and series of common stock of Pubco, including the Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock.
