Series E Senior Securities definition

Series E Senior Securities means any class or series of Partnership Interests that, with respect to distributions on such Partnership Interests or distributions upon liquidation of the Partnership, ranks senior to the Series E Preferred Units.
Series E Senior Securities means any class or series of Partnership Interests established after the Series E Original Issue Date by the General Partner, the terms of which class or series expressly provide that it ranks senior to the Series E Preferred Units as to distributions and amounts payable upon a dissolution or liquidation pursuant to Article XII.

  • Other than Series E PIK Preferred Units issued in connection with the Series E Quarterly Distribution, the Partnership shall not, without the affirmative vote of the holders of a majority of the Outstanding Series E Preferred Units, issue any Series E Parity Securities or Series E Senior Securities.
