Series F-1 Preferred Stock definition

Series F-1 Preferred Stock means the Corporation's Series F-1 Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share, and stock of any other class of securities into which such securities may hereafter be reclassified or changed.
Series F-1 Preferred Stock means (x) the Company’s shares of Series F-1 Convertible Preferred Stock as designated by that certain Certificate of Designations filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware December 11, 2023, and Amended and Restated Certificate of Designations filed with the Secretary of the State of Delaware June 18, 2024 and (y) any capital stock into which such Series F-1 Preferred Stock shall have been changed or any share capital resulting from a reclassification of such Series F-1 Preferred Stock.
Series F-1 Preferred Stock means shares of the Company’s Series F-1 Preferred Stock, par value $0.00001 per share.
