Examples of Series F Original Issue Date in a sentence
If the Corporation shall at any time or from time to time after the Series F Original Issue Date effect a subdivision of the outstanding Common Stock, each Conversion Price in effect immediately before that subdivision shall be proportionately decreased so that the number of shares of Common Stock issuable on conversion of each share of Preferred Stock shall be increased in proportion to such increase in the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock outstanding.
Conversely, if the Corporation shall at any time or from time to time after the Series F Original Issue Date combine the outstanding shares of Common Stock into a smaller number of shares without a corresponding combination of the Series B Preferred Stock, Series C Preferred Stock, Series D Preferred Stock, Series E Preferred Stock, or Series F Preferred Stock, the Preferred Stock Price for each series of Preferred Stock in effect immediately before the combination shall be proportionately increased.
Such initial Preferred Stock Price shall be adjusted from time to time after the Series F Original Issue Date (as defined below) in accordance with this Section (4).
If the Corporation shall at any time or from time to time after August 5, 1999 (the "Series F Original Issue Date") effect a subdivision of the outstanding Common Stock without a corresponding subdivision of the Series B Preferred Stock, Series C Preferred Stock, Series D Preferred Stock, Series E Preferred Stock, or Series F Preferred Stock, the Preferred Stock Price for each series of Preferred Stock in effect immediately before that subdivision shall be proportionately decreased.
If the Corporation shall at any time or from time to time after the Series F Original Issue Date combine the outstanding shares of Common Stock, each Conversion Price in effect immediately before the combination shall be proportionately increased so that the number of shares of Common Stock issuable on conversion of each share of Preferred Stock shall be decreased in proportion to such decrease in the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock outstanding.
