Series F Original Issue Price definition

Series F Original Issue Price means, with respect to each share of Series F Preferred, $0.13020 per share (as adjusted for stock splits, combinations, reorganizations and the like with respect to the Series F Preferred following the filing date hereof).
Series F Original Issue Price means $20.00 per share.
Series F Original Issue Price means $10.00 per share, subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any stock dividend, stock split, combination or other similar recapitalization with respect to the Series F Preferred Stock.

Series F Original Issue Price means $0.05 per share, subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any stock dividend, stock split, combination or other similar recapitalization with respect to the Series F Preferred Stock. In the event of any adjustment to the Series F Original Issue Price, said adjustment shall be reflected in the original issuance price of each subsequent series, if any, of Series F Preferred Stock issued.
