Series I Preferred Excepted Person means any Person approved by the Board of Directors (or a duly authorized committee), at their option and in their sole discretion, provided, however, that such approval shall not be granted to any Person whose ownership of in excess of 9.8% of the number or the value (whichever is more restrictive) of the total shares of Series I Preferred Stock outstanding would result, directly, indirectly or as a result of attribution of ownership, in termination of the status of the Corporation as a REIT under the REIT Provisions of the Code.

  • Series B-2 Preferred Shares means the Company’s series B-2 preferred shares, par value US$0.00001 per share.

  • Series A Preferred Unit means a Preferred Unit having the designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties set forth in Article XVI.

  • Buyer Preferred Stock means the preferred stock, par value $0.001 per share, of Buyer.

  • Class A Preferred Stock means the Class A preferred stock, nominal value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Permitted Preferred Stock means and refers to any Preferred Stock issued by Parent (and not by one or more of its Subsidiaries) that is not Prohibited Preferred Stock.

  • Series C Preferred Shares means the Company’s series C preferred shares, par value US$0.00001 per share.

  • Series A Preferred Units has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(a).

  • Purchaser Preferred Stock means the shares of preferred stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Purchaser.

  • Series D Preferred Shares means the Company’s series D preferred shares, par value US$0.00001 per share.

  • Series F Preferred Shares means the Series F Preferred Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Memorandum and Articles.

  • Series B-1 Preferred Stock means shares of the Company’s Series B-1 Preferred Stock, par value $0.0001 per share.

  • Series A-1 Preferred Shares means the Company’s series A-1 preferred shares, par value US$0.00001 per share.

  • Preferred Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests that has distribution rights, or rights upon liquidation, winding up and dissolution, that are superior or prior to the Common Units that the General Partner has authorized pursuant to Section 4.2 hereof.

  • Series A Preferred Shares means the Series A Preferred Shares of the Company, par value US$0.0001 per share, with the rights and privileges as set forth in the Memorandum and Articles.
