Series Principal Balance definition

Series Principal Balance. For any date of determination and any Series, the sum of the Outstanding Principal Balances of each Class of Notes of such Series.
Series Principal Balance means, with respect to a Series and any date of determination, the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Loans allocated to such Series as of the close of business on such date as determined by reference to the Purchaser Account on the Loan Seller’s platform.
Series Principal Balance means, with respect to any Series of Securities and any time of determination, the sum of, for each Class of Securities of such Series of Securities, the Class Principal Balance of such Class of Securities as of such time of determination.

  • Unless otherwise specified herein, whenever this Indenture states that any action may be taken by a specified percentage of the Noteholders or the Noteholders of any Class, such statement shall mean that such action may be taken by the Noteholders of such specified percentage of the Aggregate Series Principal Balance or of such Class of Notes, respectively.
