Series Supplemental Indentures definition

Series Supplemental Indentures means each and every Series Supplemental Indenture.
Series Supplemental Indentures means, collectively, the Series 2 Supplemental Indenture, the Series 4 Supplemental Indenture, the Series 5 Supplemental Indenture, the Series 7 Supplemental Indenture, the Series 8 Supplemental Indenture, the Series 9 Supplemental Indenture and the Series 10 Supplemental Indenture, which may be combined into a single Series Supplemental Indenture in respect of one or more series of Series Notes for which a Series Note Exchange Transaction is to be completed;

  • For purposes of this Article 2, the unrestricted Notes pertaining to previously restricted Notes (such as the unrestricted Notes that may be exchanged for restricted Notes pursuant to a Registered Exchange Offer) shall be deemed to be Notes of the same series, notwithstanding that such unrestricted Notes and restricted Notes may be designated as different series and have been issued under different Series Supplemental Indentures.

  • For purposes of this Article 2, the unrestricted Notes pertaining to --------- previously restricted Notes (such as the unrestricted Notes that may be exchanged for restricted Notes pursuant to an Exchange Offer) shall be deemed to be Notes of the same series, notwithstanding that such unrestricted Notes and restricted Notes may be designated as different series and have been issued under different Series Supplemental Indentures.

  • All Pledged Lessor Notes (as hereinafter defined) as shall be actually pledged and assigned by the Company to the Trustee pursuant to the Series Supplemental Indentures or other supplemental indentures to be executed and delivered as provided in this Indenture, together with the interest of the Company, if any, in the Lease Indentures (as hereinafter defined) securing said Pledged Lessor Notes.

  • The Senior Notes Debt Service Reserve Account shall be maintained at all times until none of the Notes created by this Indenture, the First Supplemental Indenture and any other Series Supplemental Indenture (unless each Series Supplemental Indenture in respect of Notes that remain Outstanding provides that Notes of a series under such Series Supplemental Indentures shall not be entitled to share in the Collateral constituting the Senior Notes Debt Service Reserve Account) remain Outstanding.

  • All Pledged Lessor Bonds (as hereinafter defined) as shall be actually pledged and assigned by the Company to the Trustee pursuant to the Series Supplemental Indentures or other supplemental indentures to be executed and delivered as provided in this Indenture, together with the interest of the Company, if any, in the Lease Indentures (as hereinafter defined) securing said Pledged Lessor Bonds.

  • Unless an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, the Pledgor shall be permitted to exercise all voting and corporate rights with respect to the Pledged Stock; provided, however, that no vote shall be cast or corporate right exercised or other action taken which would impair the Collateral or which would be inconsistent with or result in any violation of any provision of the Indenture, any Series Supplemental Indentures, or any other Transaction Document.

  • Nothing contained in this Section shall be construed to impair the validity of the Guaranteed Obligations or the Pan-Sino Security Agreement or affect or impair in any way the right of the Trustee and the Holders of the Senior Secured Notes to exercise their rights and remedies under the Indenture, any Series Supplemental Indentures, the Senior Secured Notes and any other Transaction Document in accordance with their terms.

  • Operative Indentures means, as of any date, each “Indenture” (as such term is defined in the Note Purchase Agreement), including the Indenture, whether or not any other “Indenture” shall have been entered into before or after the date of the Indenture, but only if as of such date all “Equipment Notes” (as defined in each such “Indenture”) are held by the “Subordination Agent” under the “Intercreditor Agreement”, as such terms are defined in each such “Indenture”.

  • First Mortgage Indenture means a first mortgage indenture pursuant to which any Borrower or any Subsidiary of any Borrower may issue bonds, notes or similar instruments secured by a lien on all or substantially all of such Borrower’s or such Subsidiary’s fixed assets, as the case may be.

  • Senior Note Indenture the Indenture entered into by the Borrower and certain of its Subsidiaries in connection with the issuance of the Senior Notes, together with all instruments and other agreements entered into by the Borrower or such Subsidiaries in connection therewith.

  • Mortgage Indenture means the Mortgage and Deed of Trust, dated as of April 1, 1932, between SIGECO and Bankers Trust Company (as supplemented from time to time before or after the date hereof by various supplemental indentures thereto).
