Serious Default definition

Serious Default means a breach by the Service Provider of its obligations under a Service Agreement which in the reasonable opinion of the Customer materially prejudices the health, safety or welfare of a Service User;
Serious Default. Means a Default on your part which materially prejudices the health, safety or welfare of a Service User or Service Users; “Service Performance Indicators (SPI’s)” These are a set of performance indicators based on national and local indicators which measure specific areas of service provision and delivery. More Definitions of Serious Default

Serious Default means a Default on the part of the Service Provider that materially prejudices the health, safety, or welfare or a Service User or users.
