The Member shall be entitled to control through the PRO the activity of Service Companies during the performance of their activities within the System of Collective Management.
The PRO shall be entitled to order services within the System of Collective Management only from such Service Companies which will perform their activities in compliance with legal regulations and at the same time, with the legitimate interests of the Member.
