Service Credit means the periods of time for which the required contributions have been

Examples of Service Credit in a sentence

  • Those eligible employees with ten (10) or more years of combined contributions to SBCERA and other public sector retirement system(s) must complete a Prior Service Credit Request form and submit it to the Retirement Medical Trust Plan Administrator for approval.

  • To receive a Service Credit, Customer must submit a claim by logging a support ticket (if Customer is community supported, Customer must email xxxxx-xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xx).

  • In order to receive any of the Service Credits described above, Subscriber must notify Zoho within thirty (30) days from the time Subscriber becomes eligible to receive a Service Credit.

  • Failure to comply with this requirement will result in forfeiture of Subscriber’s right to receive a Service Credit.

  • If Confluent does not meet the Service Level, Customer may be eligible to receive a Service Credit as described below.


More Definitions of Service Credit

Service Credit is the percentage of the monthly service fees for the affected Service or Service Resource that is credited to Customer for a validated Claim.
