Service Extension Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.
Examples of Service Extension Period in a sentence
During the Term, the amount of the Fee for any Service may be modified to the extent of (i) any adjustments mutually agreed to by the Parties, (ii) any Service Change requested by Recipient and agreed upon by Provider pursuant to Section 2.3(d), (iii) any adjustment in the rates or charges imposed by any Third Party Service Provider (proportional to the respective use of such Services by each Party) and (iv) the adjustment for the Service Extension Period, if any, in accordance with Section 2.1(c).
