If on any Debt Service Payment Date for a Series of Senior Bonds the amount accumulated in the Senior Debt Service Fund for any of the purposes specified above calculated with respect to all Senior Bonds then Outstanding exceeds the amount required therefor, the amount of such excess shall thereupon be transferred to the Revenue Fund.
If on any Debt Service Payment Date for a Series of Subordinate Bonds the amount accumulated in the Subordinate Debt Service Fund for any of the purposes specified above calculated with respect to all Subordinate Bonds then Outstanding exceeds the amount required therefor, the amount of such excess shall thereupon be transferred to the Revenue Fund.
The record date for payment of interest on this bond is the fifteenth (15th) day of the month preceding each Debt Service Payment Date, or, if such fifteenth day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day, provided that, with respect to overdue interest or interest payable on this bond other than on a Debt Service Payment Date or interest on any overdue amount, the Master Trustee may establish a special record date.

In the event that any Service Payment or any installment thereof is not paid when due by any Owner on any Service Payment Date, to the extent that the County does not impose a late fee or delinquency charge, the County may impose and collect a late payment charge, payable to the County, in the amount of the charges for late payment of real property taxes, including penalty and interest, which would have been paid pursuant to O.R.C. Section 323.121 on the delinquent amount.
A schedule of principal and interest of the City’s payments (each a "Debt Service Payment" and collectively, the "Debt Service Payments") and the due dates therefor (each a "Debt Service Payment Date" and collectively, the "Debt Service Payment Dates") is attached as Exhibit A hereto and incorporated herein.
