Rental Payment Date definition

Rental Payment Date means each date on which Lessee is required to make a Rental Payment under this Agreement as specified in the Payment Schedule.

Rental Payment Date means, with respect to each Lease, each date on which Lessee is required to make a Rental Payment under such Lease as specified in the related Payment Schedule.

Rental Payment Date means during the Lease Term, any day on or prior to each Certificate Payment Date, and any other date on which any Rental Payments are payable pursuant to the Lease.
