Service Provider Partner definition

Service Provider Partner means the Person that has contracted directly with Nuix to sell Services to its Customers and the Person that has contracted directly with Customer for the sale of a subscription to the Services.
Service Provider Partner means the Person that has contracted directly with Nuix to sell subscriptions to the SaaS Services to its customers and the Person that has contracted directly with a customer for the sale of a subscription to the SaaS Services.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.
