Service Provider Service Locations definition

Service Provider Service Locations means those locations, site or facilities from which Services shall be provided that from time to time are owned, leased or under the control of the Service Provider, its Affiliates, or their sub-contractors. Service Provider Software means software owned by or licenced to the Service Provider.
Service Provider Service Locations means any location from which Service Provider delivers Services.
Service Provider Service Locations means any Service Provider service location set forth in Schedule U and any other service location approved by Client pursuant to Section 3.04(a).

Examples of Service Provider Service Locations in a sentence

  • Based on this inventory, Service Provider will identify all Client Group’s records that must be transferred or maintained on-site at Service Provider Service Locations in order to ensure proper delivery of Services to Client Group.

  • In connection with the foregoing, Service Provider agrees that it will provide Client with all reasonably requested information concerning any current or prospective Service Provider Service Locations.

  • Service Provider will be responsible for all costs for packaging materials and transportation of records to the Service Provider Service Locations.

  • All Services provided from the Service Provider Service Locations shall be provided in a manner designed to reasonably protect the confidentiality of Client Data and all other data protection requirements, including OSFI requirements, set forth in this Agreement and the applicable Service Agreement.

  • The Service Provider Service Locations for each Engagement Schedule are set forth in such Engagement Schedule.

  • For Service Provider Service Locations, Service Provider will (1) update and test the operability of any applicable Service Provider recovery plan annually and upon any significant change to the Systems or procedures constituting or affecting the Services, (2) certify to Dxxx upon each such test that each such plan is fully operational and provide Dxxx with a summary of any report regarding the results of such test and (3) implement each such plan upon the occurrence of a disaster.

  • The Services provided to Prudential under an Engagement Schedule shall be provided from the Service Provider Service Locations set forth in such Engagement Schedule.

  • The requirements with respect to any Service Provider Service Locations located offshore are set forth in Attachment K.

  • The Services shall be provided to TXU from the TXU Service Locations and the Service Provider Service Locations.

  • Except as specifically authorized in the applicable Engagement Schedule, the Services shall be provided from Service Provider Service Locations located in the United States and Service Provider shall ensure that Prudential Data is not accessed from any location outside of the United States.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Local Service Provider (LSP means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.

  • The Service Provider means the organization or firm providing the services under this Contract.

  • Company Service Provider means an employee, individual consultant, individual independent contractor, individual self-employed contractor, leased or temporary employee or director of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Third Party Service Providers means any third party wherever situated selected by us or any member of the BEA Group to provide services to it.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Third Party Service Provider means any consultant, agent, advisor, or independent contractor who renders services to the Company, a Subsidiary, or an Affiliate that (a) are not in connection with the offer and sale of the Company’s securities in a capital raising transaction, and (b) do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for the Company’s securities.

  • Home service provider means the facilities-based carrier or reseller with which the customer contracts for the provision of mobile telecommunications services.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.
