Other Service Location definition

Other Service Location means any location, other than an MGEN Service Location or a FNIS Service Location, permitted in accordance with this Agreement or an applicable Project Scope Document from which, or to which, Services are provided.
Other Service Location means a TCS site from which Services are provided other than the Global Delivery Center(s) specified in Section 6.
Other Service Location means any location, other than a Cowen Service Location or a SAVVIS Service Location, from which Base Services are provided.

Examples of Other Service Location in a sentence

  • If MGEN provides the Designated Services from an Other Service Location in accordance with this Agreement or any applicable Project Scope Document, such Other Service Locations shall be deemed to be a "MGEN Service Location" for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Whenever TCS Key Personnel have knowledge of any actual Labor Dispute involving the employees of TCS, TCS Agents, or others that may materially affect the provision of Services, TCS shall promptly so inform Xxxxxxx and the Parties shall cooperate to minimize the effect of such dispute on the provision of Services, whether or not such Labor Dispute occurs at an TCS Service Location, Xxxxxxx Service Location or Other Service Location.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.
