Service Quality Standards definition

Service Quality Standards means the standards identified in Appendix B of this Service Level Specification;
Service Quality Standards means a set of parameters and their corresponding values that are used to evaluate the adequacy of the level of electricity services provided by a Licensee;
Service Quality Standards. Signifies the standards outlined in the contract that the Service Provider is obligated to adhere to, as detailed in Article 6.5.
