Service Ratio definition

Service Ratio means the quotient of the Participant’s Participation Service divided by 35.
Service Ratio means the lesser of one (1) or the quotient of Service divided by fifteen (15) or such greater ratio set forth in Appendix A as amended from time to time.
Service Ratio shall equal the number of days in the performance period set forth in the award for such Company Deferred Stock Units that are completed as of the Closing Date divided by the number of days in such performance period.   • Performance Ratio (PR) means the ratio of plant output versus installed plant capacity at any instance with respect to the radiation measured.
