Service summary definition

Service summary means a written summary, prepared by an issuer for a qualified insured, which identifies the following:
Service summary. Service Summary means Part 2 of this Service Agreement which outlines the NDIS registered services you want DHS to deliver to you.

Service summary means the form a registered nurse completes for each individual that is used as a communication tool for case managers and caregivers that documents all monitoring, care coordination, teaching, or other services as noted in these rules. Unless a specific form is otherwise specified, the service summary is a mandatory form as defined in this rule.

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Service Type means the customer class, partial customer class and/or group of customer classes, as set forth in a Transaction Confirmation.

  • Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.

  • Service User means your customer, (i.e., the purchaser of the Offering).
