Service Termination Fee definition

Service Termination Fee means the one-off fee, which we may ask you to pay if you cancel your Services before the end of the Minimum Period. Details of this fee are set out in our Charges and Fees for Residential Customers.
Service Termination Fee means the one-off Charge payable by the Customer, at Fibrus’s demand, if the Customer cancels its Services before the end of the Minimum Period. The Charge is calculated by reference to the remaining length of the Minimum Period and is detailed in the Guide to Charges and Fees for Business Broadband
Service Termination Fee has the meaning specified in Section 22.05(d).

  • Note that if you purchase our Services for (and to be provided immediately on moving to) your new home, and your move was during a Minimum Period for your Services at your previous home, we will not charge you a Service Termination Fee for ending the Services at your previous home.
