Servicer Collection Accounts has the meaning given to that term under the Servicing Agreement;

Examples of Servicer Collection Accounts in a sentence

  • The names and addresses of all banks or financial institutions with Servicer Collection Accounts (“Collection Account Banks”), together with the account numbers of the Servicer Collection Accounts at such Collection Account Banks, are specified in Schedule 3 of the Servicing Agreement (or have been notified to and approved by the Collateral Agent and MLS in accordance with Section 2.10(d) of the Servicing Agreement).

  • The Securities Administrator shall deposit the amount of any such loss in the Master Servicer Collection Accounts within two Business Days of receipt of notification of such loss but not later than the second Business Day prior to the Distribution Date on which the moneys so invested are required to be distributed to the related Certificateholders.

  • The requirements for crediting the Master Servicer Collection Accounts shall be exclusive, it being understood and agreed that, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, payments in the nature of late payment charges or assumption, tax service, statement account or payoff, substitution, satisfaction, release and other like fees and charges, need not be credited by the Master Servicer to the related Master Servicer Collection Accounts.

  • Any and all investment earnings from the Master Servicer Collection Accounts shall be paid to the Securities Administrator.

  • In addition, the Securities Administrator shall be entitled to any investment income on amounts on deposit in the Master Servicer Collection Accounts and the Distribution Accounts.

  • If funds in the Master Servicer Collection Accounts are insufficient therefor, the Trustee and the Securities Administrator shall recover such expenses, disbursements or advances from the Depositor and the Depositor hereby agrees to pay such expenses, disbursements or advances upon demand.

  • The Master Servicer may clear and terminate the Master Servicer Collection Accounts pursuant to Section 11.01 and remove amounts from time to time deposited in error.

  • In the event such notice is given, the Trustee shall cause all funds in the Servicer Collection Accounts to be deposited in the Certificate Account on the Business Day prior to the applicable Distribution Date in an amount equal to the final distribution in respect of the Certificates.

  • Additionally, (i) each Lessee hereby grants to Collateral Agent a security interest in all of such Lessee’s right, title and interest in, to and under Servicer Collection Accounts and all proceeds of the foregoing and (ii) the Lessee Representative hereby grants to Collateral Agent a security interest in all of such Lessee Representative’s right, title and interest in, to and under Lessee Representative Account and all proceeds of the foregoing.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Xxxxxxx ALT-A Trust 2004-8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-8 - Master Servicer Collection Account," and which shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Primary Servicer Collection Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(c)(7) of this Agreement.

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.

  • Exchange Note Collection Account means the account established under Section 4.1(a) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Final Collection Date means the Business Day following the termination of purchases under this Agreement on which all amounts to which the Purchasers shall be entitled in respect of Purchased Receivables and all other amounts owing to the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers hereunder and under the other Purchase Documents are paid in full.

  • Collection Account Agreement means each agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI, or such other form as may be acceptable to the Agent, among the applicable Originator, a Seller, Collection Bank and the Agent, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

  • Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Certificate Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, the Business Day prior thereto.
