Servicer Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a).
Master Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.25% per annum.
Primary Servicing Fee Rate means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan, the rate that corresponds to such Mortgage Loan set forth on Exhibit A hereto under the heading “Primary Servicing Fee.”
Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).
Servicing Fee Percentage With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage specified on the Servicer Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Special Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and each REO Loan, 0.25% per annum.
Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.50% per annum.
Backup Servicer Fee means, for any Collection Period, the greater of (i) the product of one-twelfth of 0.0075% and the Pool Balance as of the first day of the preceding Collection Period (or in the case of the initial Collection Period, as of the Cutoff Date) and (ii) $2,500.
Servicer Account means any account established by Servicer in connection with the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.
Servicing Reserve means, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (a) 1%, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the highest Days Sales Outstanding for the most recent 12 months and the denominator of which is 360.
Subservicing Fee Rate The per annum rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "SUBSERV FEE".
Master Servicing Fee As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.
Excess Servicing Fee Rate The rate of 0.0% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan.
Series Servicing Fee Percentage means 2% per annum.
Net Servicing Fee Rate means (a) so long as the Seller or The Bank of New York is the Servicer, 1.25% per annum and (b) if the Seller or The Bank of New York is no longer the Servicer, 2.0% per annum.
Primary Servicing Fee means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and REO Mortgage Loan, the fee payable to the Primary Servicer pursuant to Section 3.01(c)(20) of this Agreement.
Master Servicer Advance Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Sub-Servicing Account An account established by a Sub-Servicer which meets the requirements set forth in Section 3.08 and is otherwise acceptable to the Master Servicer.
Master Servicer Remittance Date With respect to any Distribution Date, the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
Special Servicing Fee shall have the meaning given to such term in the Servicing Agreement.
Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.
