Servicing Period definition

Servicing Period. The meaning set forth in Section 2(b)(iv) hereof.

Servicing Period means, with respect to any Loan, any period beginning on the immediately preceding Payment Date (or in the case of the first such period, the Effective Date) and ending on the day immediately preceding such Payment Date.

• Subject to any applicable laws, the Seller shall make the Mortgage Files related to the Mortgage Loans held by the Seller during the Interim Servicing Period available at the Seller’s principal operations center for review by any such prospective assignees during normal business hours upon reasonable prior notice to the Seller (in no event fewer than five (5) Business Days’ prior notice).
