Examples of Servicing Period in a sentence
The Seller is the sole owner and holder of the Mortgage Loan and the indebtedness evidenced by the Mortgage Note, and upon recordation the Purchaser or its designee will be the owner of record of the Mortgage and the indebtedness evidenced by the Mortgage Note, and upon the sale of the Mortgage Loan to the Purchaser, the Seller will retain any Mortgage File documents during the Interim Servicing Period in its possession in trust for the Purchaser.
The Seller shall apply all payments received in respect of the Mortgage Loans during the Interim Servicing Period and after the Transfer Date in accordance with the Servicing Transfer Instructions.
During the Interim Servicing Period, originals of the contents of each Mortgage File not delivered to the Purchaser or the custodian appointed by the Purchaser are and shall be held in trust by the Seller for the benefit of the Purchaser as the owner thereof and shall be available for review by the Purchaser upon request.
The Seller agrees to comply with the Customary Servicing Procedures during the Interim Servicing Period.
Subject to any applicable laws, the Seller shall make the Mortgage Files related to the Mortgage Loans held by the Seller during the Interim Servicing Period available at the Seller’s principal operations center for review by any such prospective assignees during normal business hours upon reasonable prior notice to the Seller (in no event fewer than five (5) Business Days’ prior notice).
