SESAC Repertoire definition

SESAC Repertoire means all of the musical works for which SESAC is authorized to license the public performance right in the Territory at the time of Station’s performance, to the full extent of SESAC’s rights to represent the composers, producers or music publishers owning the public performance rights to such works.
