SESAC Repertoire definition

SESAC Repertoire means all of the musical works for which SESAC is authorized to license the public performance right in the Territory at the time of Station’s performance, to the full extent of SESAC’s rights to represent the composers, producers or music publishers owning the public performance rights to such works.

  • The performances licensed hereunder may be accessed at any location, whether or not such location is licensed to publicly perform the SESAC Repertoire.

  • Except as specifically provided for in Section 3.A above, nothing contained herein shall be construed as permitting LICENSEE to publicly perform, transmit, re-transmit or reproduce any of the SESAC Repertoire by any means, medium, method, device or process now or hereafter known.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to grant to LICENSEE, or to authorize LICENSEE to grant to any of their respective Affiliates or any third party, any other music-related rights including the right to reproduce, copy, distribute or perform publicly by any means, method or process whatsoever, any sound recording embodying any Musical Works (or any part thereof) that are included in the SESAC Repertoire.

  • This Agreement shall specifically exclude “Grand Rights” in and to the SESAC Repertoire.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SESAC hereby grants to LICENSEE, and LICENSEE hereby accepts, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable Through-to-the-Audience License, solely during the Term, to perform publicly in the Territory, by Radio Broadcasting and New Media Transmissions, non-dramatic performances of the SESAC Repertoire.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SESAC hereby grants to LICENSEE, and LICENSEE hereby accepts, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicensable Through-to-the-Audience License, solely during the Term, to perform publicly in the Territory, by Radio Broadcasting and New Media Transmissions, non-dramatic performances of the SESAC Repertoire.

Related to SESAC Repertoire

  • XXXXX’s Repertoire and/or “Repertoire”, means all Works of Music of XXXXX’s Members in respect of which XXXXX holds rights of Performance, including the Works of Music of the Members of the Affiliated Societies. A list of all XXXXX’s Members, as updated from time to time, is available on XXXXX’s website.

  • TFEU means the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union;

  • FOISA means the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under this Act from time to time or any superseding or amending enactments or regulations, together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner, the Scottish Information Commissioner and/or any relevant government department in relation to such legislation.

  • SAQA means the South African Qualifications Authority;

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • COVID-19 Pandemic means the epidemic, pandemic or disease outbreak associated with COVID-19.

  • Conventional filtration treatment means a series of processes including coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration resulting in substantial particulate removal.

  • Amateur means any of following:

  • PTCE 95-60 As defined in Section 5.02(b). PUD: A planned unit development.

  • Slow sand filtration means a process involving passage of raw water through a bed of sand at low velocity (generally less than 0.4 meters per hour (m/h)) resulting in substantial particulate removal by physical and biological mechanisms.

  • Adult motion picture theater means an enclosed building with a capacity of fifty (50) or more persons regularly used for presenting materials having as a dominant theme or presenting material distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on matter depicting, describing or relating to "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas" as defined below, for observation by any means by patrons therein.

  • TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.

  • IMRO means the Irish Music Rights Organisation CLG.

  • O. Reg. 419/05 means the Ontario Regulation 419/05, Air Pollution – Local Air Quality.

  • COVID-19 means SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, and any evolutions thereof or related or associated epidemics, pandemic or disease outbreaks.

  • NZME means all companies in the NZME Group including but not limited to APN Holdings NZ Limited, NZME. Publishing Limited, NZME. Radio Limited, GrabOne Limited and all brands and operating companies controlled by or associated with those entities.

  • COGSA means the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act of the United States of America approved on 16th April 1936.

  • thalassemia means a group of inherited disorders characterised by reduced or absent amounts of haemoglobin.

  • Enslavement means the exercise of any or all of the powers attaching to the right of ownership over a person and includes the exercise of such power in the course of trafficking in persons, in particular women and children;

  • NTSC means NSIC-Technical Services Centre

  • Soft drinks means nonalcoholic beverages that contain natural or artificial sweeteners. "Soft drinks" does not include beverages that contain milk or milk products, soy, rice, or similar milk substitutes, or that contains greater than fifty per cent vegetable or fruit juice by volume.

  • NZOC means the New Zealand Olympic Committee Incorporated.

  • Chauffeur means every person employed for the principal purpose of driving a motor vehicle and

  • EPG means electronic program guide maintained by a DPO on its Digital Distribution Platform which lists the television channels and programs, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced electronic guide that allows Subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programs.

  • MECAB refers to the Multiple Exchange Carrier Access Billing document prepared by the Billing Committee of the Ordering and Billing Forum “OBF”, which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee “CLC of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions “ATIS”. The MECAB document, published by ATIS as ATIS/OBF- MECAB- Issue 6, February 1998, contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access services provided to an IXC by two or more LECs, or by one LEC in two or more states within a single LATA.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
