Settled Amount definition

Settled Amount means the amount of one hundred dollars in lawful money of Canada paid by the settlor of the Trust to the Trustee for the purpose of settling the Trust;
Settled Amount means the amount of one hundred dollars in lawful money of Canada paid by the Settlor to the Trustee for the purpose of settling the Trust;

More Definitions of Settled Amount

Settled Amount means the aggregate settled amount of Claims that have been settled but that are unpaid at the Balance Sheet Date.
