Settlement Approval Motion definition

Settlement Approval Motion means the motion for final approval of the Settlement by this Court to be heard at the date, time and location described in paragraph 6 of this Order;

  • Development approval means a document from a governmental entity which authorizes the commencement of a development.

  • Price Approval means, in any country where a Governmental Authority authorizes reimbursement for, or approves or determines pricing for, pharmaceutical products, receipt (or, if required to make such authorization, approval or determination effective, publication) of such reimbursement authorization or pricing approval or determination (as the case may be).

  • DIP Motion means the motion and proposed form of Interim DIP Order filed by the Loan Parties with the Bankruptcy Court on the Petition Date or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter seeking approval, on an interim and final basis, of (among other things) the DIP Facility, and authorization for the use of cash collateral (including such terms and conditions relating to adequate protection in connection therewith), in each case, in form and substance acceptable to the Agent and the Required Lenders.

  • Pre-approval means written notification via a pre-approval letter to Customer that Ameren Illinois has reviewed Customer's Application and determined that the project meets the program eligibility requirements for a maximum pre-approved incentive amount if the project is completed by the estimated completion date and all final application paperwork is submitted and approved.

  • Disclosure Statement Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Disclosure Statement.

  • FCC Consent means action by the FCC granting its consent to the assignment of the FCC Licenses to Buyer as contemplated by this Agreement.

  • NDA Approval means the Approval of an NDA by the FDA for a Product in the U.S.

  • Interim Order means the interim order of the Court, as the same may be amended, in respect of the Arrangement;

  • Product Approval means the approval of a Governmental Authority necessary for the marketing and sale of the Product in a given country or regulatory jurisdiction, which may include the approval of an MAA (but shall not include any Pricing Approvals).
