Settlement Collective Member definition

Settlement Collective Member means an individual member of the Settlement Collective.
Settlement Collective Member means any member of the Settlement Collective.
Settlement Collective Member means the members of the Settlement Collective who have filed a consent to join pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), as well as any Settlement Collective member who endorses a settlement check in conformity with Paragraph 82 of the Settlement Agreement.

  • The tax issues for each Plaint iff, Opt-in Plaintiff, Settlement Collective Member, and Settlement Class Member may be unique, and each such individual should obtain his or her own independent tax advice concerning any payments resulting from this Agreement.

  • Each Settlement Collective Member who timely submits a Claim Form and a fully completed and executed IRS Form W-9 (collectively, the “Claiming Collective Members”) will have 90 days to cash his/her individual check, after which each un-cashed check shall be null and void.

  • The Notice will include language stating that the Settlement Collective Member understands and agrees that she is releasing and waiving all Released Claims against Defendant and the Released Parties and does so knowingly and voluntarily.
