Settlements definition

Settlements means all right, title and interest of a Loan Party in, to and under any settlement agreement or other agreement executed in settlement or compromise of any Claim, including all rights to enforce such agreements and all payments thereunder or arising in connection therewith.
Settlements means the facilitation of funds movement (including, without limitation, the receipt or submission of monies into and/or out of a bank account owned by the Company by automated clearing house, check, wire transfer or other movement of funds) for product or service related payments to or from third parties.
